⚠ Original Box Required
You must keep and provide the original packaging box to make a claim. We cannot process your warranty without it, as the manufacturer uses the barcode on the box to trace the exact production batch.
⚠ Original Purchaser Only
This warranty is strictly non-transferable. It applies exclusively to the original buyer and must be accompanied by a valid order number or invoice from our official store or authorized sales channels. Secondhand purchases or items received through unauthorized reselling platforms are completely excluded from coverage.
⚠ Sole Remedy Discretion
Our brand retains the final and absolute right to determine the resolution for any approved warranty claim. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to either repair the item using new or refurbished parts, provide an identical replacement, or issue a store credit refund if the specific model has been discontinued or is out of stock.

If a product arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or breaks within the first 3 days, Amgo Tech will handle standard return fees. For standard long-term claims, the customer pays the courier charges to send the item to us and collect it back. You can also drop items directly at our collection spot for zero cost.
Inspection and internal repair fixes generally take 3 to 7 working days. If an item needs global brand replacement distribution, it can occasionally extend to 10-14 working days. We ensure constant updates are provided via massage or phone calls.
Yes, keeping the product packaging box is mandatory. Most authorized brands track the item authenticity via serial numbers, barcodes, or security stickers affixed directly to the outer retail container box.
